Old house’s can be warm and comfortable.

It could be cheaper
When you get an old house you can make it look new.

You can move your house to a peaceful place.



The land can not be as good as you think it is.

If you want to move your house then you have to cut it in half.

If there is a hole and you’re told the house is finished, then rain could come into the house during winter time.

The land might not be as good and if you were allergic pollen and dust in the area, it could be a health hazard.
